On 9 June 2026, we hosted a 1-hour CPD webinar with Dr Nicki Macklin, a researcher, advisor, and speaker focused on the human side of organisational performance. A recording of this webinar can be viewed below. This session will be of most interest to legal supervisors and supervisees but is of benefit to all legal practitioners.
Webinar topics
Dr Macklin took supervisors and supervisees through her research and provided practical examples of how to weave kindness into the fabric of supervisor/supervisee relationships, in ways that improve wellbeing and legal practice.
Kerri-anne Millard, our Executive Director of Policy and Outreach, also shared our evidence-based guidance resources to help early career lawyers and their supervisors get the most out of supervised legal practice.
CPD
Practitioners can gain 1 CPD point in the professional skills field or practice management and business skills field for participating. Make sure you record when you watched it (e.g. saving a screenshot) so you have evidence, and note the limits on private study per CPD year.
