Office hours

Our office is currently closed and our staff are working remotely. 

Our telephone reception is staffed Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Our telephone will be unattended between 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm daily.

We are closed on Victorian public holidays.

Interpreting service

A free interpreting service is available to assist you with communicating with our office. To access this service, contact us via email or using the consumer enquiry form and we will arrange to call you back with a registered interpreter fluent in your preferred language.
