Use this compliance summary template form if you are applying for a professional indemnity insurance (PII) exemption and need to demonstrate that you hold appropriate coverage with another provider that complies with the with the minimum requirements for insurance that are set out in rule 78 of the Legal Profession Uniform General Rules 2015. Along with this compliance summary template, you will also need submit a copy of your full PII policy.
