Orders: 1. Mr Tuncer is reprimanded 2. Mr Tuncer must pay the Commissioner a fine in the sum of $1000 payable on or before 13 March 2024 3. Mr Tuncer must undertake 3 hours of continuing professional development (CPD) in relation to ethics and professional responsibility as it pertains to family law practice to be completed by 31 March 2024 in addition to any mandatory professional development requirements and must provide certificates of attendance or other evidence of completion of that CPD to the Commissioner within 14 days of the completion of the last hour of that CPD 4. Mr Tuncer must pay the Commissioners costs of this proceeding fixed in the sum of $5500 payable on or before 13 December 2023.
