Professional Misconduct under the Legal Profession Act 2004 (Vic)

Penalty

1. The Tribunal recommends to the Supreme Court that the practitioner be removed from the local roll of practitioners. 2. A practising certificate may not be granted to Mr Grosser before 31 December 2021. 3. Unless the Legal Services Board gives its approval the practitioner may not carry out any of the functions of a lay associate of a local legal practitioner or law practice as those terms are defined in the Act. 4 The practitioner is to pay a fine to LSB of $5000 in relation to charge 1 5.The practitioner is to pay a fine to the Legal Services Board of $1000.00 in relation to charge 2. 6. The practitioner is to pay the Commissioner's costs of this proceeding fixed in the sum of $10021.12
