Unsatisfactory professional conduct under the Legal Profession Uniform Law (Vic)

Penalty

Pursuant to section 299(1) of the Legal Profession Uniform Law (Victoria) the Victorian Legal Services Commissioner finds that Mr Kennon has engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct and makes the following orders 1. Mr Kennon is reprimanded pursuant to section 299(1)(b) of the Uniform Law; and 2. Mr Kennon is required to complete one additional CPD unit in the area of ethics and professional responsibility in addition to his usual CPD requirements in the CPD year ending 31 March 2025 pursuant to section 299(1)(e) of the Uniform Law.
