Penalty

Pursuant to Section 299(1) of the Uniform Law the Victorian Legal Services Commissioner has decided that Mr Shaba has engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct and makes the following orders a. He is reprimanded pursuant to section 299(1)(b) of the Uniform Law b. He undertake an additional 2 points of CPD in the areas of legal ethics professional responsibility and 2 points of CPD in the area of practice management business skills pursuant to section 299(1)(e) of the Uniform Law[1] and c. He pay a fine of $1000 to the Victorian Legal Services Commissioner pursuant to section 299(1)(f) of the Uniform Law.

Penalty

Pursuant to Section 299(1) of the Uniform Law the Victorian Legal Services Commissioner has decided that Mr Mirabella has engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct and makes the following orders i. Pursuant to section 299(1)(b) of the Uniform Law Mr Mirabella is reprimanded; ii. Pursuant to section 299(1)(e) of the Uniform Law Mr Mirabella must within six months of the date of this order undertake two CPD units in addition to the standard requirements in the area of practice management; and iii. Pursuant to section 299(1)(f) of the Uniform Law the Respondent Lawyer is to pay a fine of $500 to the Victorian Legal Services Board.
