Penalty

1.Under s 302(1)(h) of the Uniform Law Ms Chius local practising certificate is suspended for three months from the end of 1 October 2021. 2.Under s 299(1)(b) of the Uniform Law Ms Chiu is reprimanded. 3.Under s 299(1)(e) of the Uniform Law Ms Chiu is required to complete a Practice Management Course to the satisfaction of the VLSC. 4.Under s 303(1) of the Uniform Law Ms Chiu is to pay the VLSCs costs in the agreed sum of $51000.
