Since 2016, Justice Connect has been researching the experience of people in Australia looking for legal help and the experience of legal services delivering help.
With the assistance of funding provided through our Grants Program, their research developed a clear picture of the confusing and demoralising journey that help-seekers take when looking for legal help. For service-providers, they found that connecting with clients, handling enquiries, getting the word out, and reducing the referral roundabout is a constant challenge.
This research culminated in the development of a new website to present those journey maps, and on Thursday 29 April, Justice Connect launched Joining Up Justice.
The website will be updated with further information to address the identified pain points and to seize opportunities to make improvements.
