Social Security Rights Victoria has launched a new online support service, including a medical chat bot, to support people to apply for the Disability Support Pension.

We funded DSP Help in our Designing Justice Differently grants round to encourage the use of human-centred design and technology to improve access to justice.

“The Med Bot” can help make this often complex task quicker and easier and even helps to prepare a personalised Evidence Kit.
