As part of its pilot Legal Understanding and Lawyer Use (LULU) survey initiative, alongside a pilot Victorian survey, the Victorian Legal Services Board and Commissioner (VLSB+C) implemented a survey of the consumer experience of legal services across all 7 states and territories outside Victoria.

This report, authored by Prof Pascoe Pleasence and Prof Nigel Balmer, presents the findings of the pilot Ex-Victoria Legal Understanding and Lawyer Use (X-LULU) survey (X-LULU survey).
