This book is based on Dr Alice King’s doctoral research that was undertaken between 2018 and 2021. Drawing on empirical data collected across 24 elite UK universities, it explores how universities can better respond to sexual violence through prevention and education.

The recommendations it puts forward are grounded in student attitudes understood through the lens of feminist theory.
