Pursuant to section 299(1) of the Uniform Law the Victorian Legal Services Commissioner found that Mr Del Monaco engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct and made the following order: - Mr Del Monaco is reprimanded pursuant to section 299(1)(b) of the Uniform Law.
