The Board and Commissioner have opted to remove the links for disciplinary decisions which are more than five years old. the only exception to this is where


The Uniform Law sets a minimum time limit for publishing disciplinary information about a lawyer on its Register of Disciplinary Action.  In most cases, disciplinary decisions must remain on the Register for five years. If a disciplinary decision has an effect that extends beyond five years (such as a longer period of supervision), the decision must remain on the Register for the duration of the effect. Where a lawyer is struck off, the decision will remain on the Register permanently.

This page lists all disciplinary decisions which are still in effect, but which are older than five years.
