Bullying and sexual harassment in the legal profession – global survey
September 12, 2018
The International Bar Association (IBA) is conducting a global survey of legal practitioners in a bid to better understand the nature and prevalence of bullying and sexual harassment in the legal profession.
The survey is being conducted in response to a recent report which found startling rates of bullying and sexual harassment within the profession.
The IBA is seeking responses to the survey from Australian practitioners, whether or not they have personally suffered from such conduct. The survey is anonymous and is being conducted by Acritas on behalf of the IBA. It should take around 10 minutes to complete.
To participate in the survey, visit the Acritas survey website.
