Mortgage Wellbeing Service to launch

Homeowners in Melbourne’s west who are experiencing mortgage stress will be able to call upon a new service thanks to an innovative program set to launch on Tuesday 28 July.
The Mortgage Wellbeing Service was developed by Community West’s Brimbank Melton Community Legal Centre in partnership with Djerriwarrh Health Services to provide free legal, social and financial counselling to support people living with mortgage stress.
The program launch will include an expert forum featuring representatives of the legal, health and financial sectors discussing mortgage stress in the outer western suburbs.
